Refund policy

Ethical Cat Gift Company makes every effort is made to ensure you will love the gifts you purchase! However, should you need to return an item, you can do subject to the conditions below:

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
• Return the item(s) in unused, perfect condition with the original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
• Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the return is due to the item(s) arriving damaged or defective. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• Due to the nature of the items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, returns are not accepted for personalised orders.
• Order cancellations are not accepted.
